LMM was tasked with developing a transportation management and logistics plan for this proposed major commercial (retail and industrial) development hub in the greater Atlanta area.

The plan included assessment of the type of traffic generated by the proposed development uses, assessing travel times to major transportation hub destinations as well as other industrial facilities, using specialized traffic modeling software to optimize traffic flows in and out of the facility as well as recommend delivery optimization schedules for the various truck delivery routes.

As a result, LMM helped streamline and optimize the area transportation network, reducing transportation times and reducing carbon emissions.
