This multiphase office development located in one of Mississauga’s prime new employment areas includes three new office buildings and is located at the corner of two major Regional arterials within a short distance to the access of two of the GTA’s main Provincial highways.

LMM was the consultant of choice to evaluate the impacts of each phase separately in the short term and long term future horizons in order to accurately determine the required transportation facility improvements related to this development. In addition, LMM consultants reviewed internal traffic circulation and geometry and recommended improvements to minimize conflicts and facilitate flow.
